General Information for School Representatives

Over 25% respondents to a 2006-07 survey either plan to attend or have accepted admission into a professional school after receiving a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.

  • The Registration deadline is September 14 2009. Registration after September 14 will include a Late fees of additional $25
  • Registrations will not be accepted until payment is received. Space is limited.
    • Registration Fee (for two Representatives)
      • $120 for schools/programs from Virginia Tech
      • $180 for schools from Virginia
      • $200 for schools from out of State
      • $275 for Corporations
    • Additional $10 to display your school Ad/information on theater screens inside the Ballroom. You will need to e-mail kvummidi@vt.edu with the power point slides (2 slides) prior to the event
    • The registration Fee includes:
      • One table and one or more chairs
      • Name placard
      • Lunch & a Snack
      • Advertisement of event
    • $15 for each additional representative (to cover food and refreshments)
  • Theatre Display for $10

    Theatre screen display (inside Commonwealth Ballroom) for your ads
  • Cancellations received in writing prior to September 14th will be refunded the full amount paid, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after September 14.
  • Registrations received after September 15 may not appear in the written material.
  • Check-in and set-up begins at 11:00 a.m.
  • You may forward your catalogs and materials for distribution in advance. Please clearly mark your Program name on the outside of the box. Our address is:
